Ruby Sweeps Daily Wheel: the real prizes
One spin every day. The wheel resets at midnight GMT, which is 8 PM Eastern in summer and 7 PM in winter. Ruby's help center lists no prize amounts, so we counted the wedges.

- ›We could not find the wheel odds anywhere: not on the wheel, in the Rules of Play or in the help center. If every wedge were equally likely, the average spin would be about 0.83 Emeralds. Do not count on that.
- ›At 0.10 a day, the wheel alone takes 1,500 days to reach the 150 Emerald minimum. At the 0.83 average it takes about six months.

Ruby Sweeps bingo: schedule and how it works
Ruby Bingo is a live stream with a real caller and a chat room. Sessions start at 8 PM Eastern (7 PM Central), Sunday to Thursday. Each session is a run of games, with horse races and pull tabs in between.

The Sunday session we watched was on game 11, a coverall worth 200 Emeralds, with 1,000 Emeralds in prizes across the night. A Lotería game and a horse race (prize: 10x the entry) were running beside it. A one-off Haunted Bingo night with 10,000 Emeralds in prizes is listed for November 1, 2026.

We counted 58 tiles in the lobby on October 11, 2026: Ruby Bingo plus 57 games. That is small. Almost every tile carries the Ruby label. There are no Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw or other big-studio games.

The minimum is 150, not 50
Ruby's help center says you need 50 won Emeralds, and nearly every review repeats it. Our Redeem page says 150. A Trustpilot review from September 21, 2026 also reports the minimum going from $50 to $150. The terms allow Ruby to set and change the limit per player, so yours may differ. Check the Redeem page before you buy anything.
Why payouts feel slow
Redemptions are reviewed by the support team, and the support team works Sunday to Thursday, 4 PM to 11 PM Central. The 24 hours or 5 to 7 days starts after that review. Request on a Thursday night and nobody looks at it until Sunday afternoon. Ruby also says repeated follow-up messages move your ticket to the back of the queue.

- ›Complete redemption verification first. Ruby asks for a completed 1099 form once you pass $2,000 in a calendar year.
- ›Cash App cards, PayPal cards and prepaid cards may not accept debit payouts.

Standard bundles work out to about one Emerald per dollar. The only code that beats that is WELCOME, which doubles the Emeralds on one $9.99 purchase for new accounts.
