How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to answer every email within one to two business days. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized. There is no phone line or live chat; email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
A casino isn't collecting or the extension isn't working. What should I do?
First, check the How to Use guide, since most issues are a casino login that needs re-entering or a site layout change. If it still fails, email support@sweepsfarmer.com with the casino name and what you see on screen, and we'll investigate. We push module fixes regularly when a casino changes its site.
How do I cancel my subscription or request a refund?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan runs until the end of the current billing period with no further charges. For refunds or any payment question, email billing@sweepsfarmer.com from the address on your account.
Is my casino login information safe?
