1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sweeps Farmer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the Sweeps Farmer website at sweepsfarmer.com and the Sweeps Farmer Chrome extension.

2. Description of Service

Sweeps Farmer is a browser automation tool that automates the collection of daily login bonuses from sweepstakes casinos. Sweeps Farmer is not a gambling service and does not involve real-money wagering. Sweepstakes coins collected through automated casinos have no cash value unless redeemed through the respective casino's redemption program.

Sweeps Farmer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sweepstakes casino platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sweeps Farmer. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in sweepstakes promotions in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sweeps Farmer account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in abuse of the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan allows automation of up to 3 casino accounts at no cost and is available indefinitely.

Unlimited Plan

The Unlimited plan is billed at $15/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sweeps Farmer to automate accounts you do not own or do not have authorization to access
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated means to create multiple Sweeps Farmer accounts

7. Third-Party Casino Terms

Sweeps Farmer automates actions on third-party sweepstakes casino platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each casino you use with Sweeps Farmer. We cannot guarantee that automated bonus collection is permitted by every casino's terms, and we are not liable for any account actions taken by casinos against users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sweeps Farmer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bonuses will always be successfully collected. Casino websites change frequently and automation may break without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweeps Farmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of sweepstakes coins, loss of casino account access, or any other losses arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
