Global Poker's 7-day streak calendar used to pay both currencies. Day 1 gave 7,000 Gold Coins and 0.25 Sweeps Coins, and the ladder climbed to 15,000 GC and 1 SC on Day 7, for 72,000 GC and 3.10 SC across a full week. Averaged out, that was about 0.44 SC per day for showing up, which put Global Poker solidly mid-table among the platforms worth farming.
As of July 2026 the SC column is gone. The Gold Coin amounts are untouched, the countdown timer still runs, the streak counter still climbs, and Day 7 still pays 15,000 GC. There is simply no Sweeps Coins attached to any tier anymore. We verified it in our own account, which had a 41-day streak running under the old calendar, and players have been reporting the same thing on Reddit.
The distinction that matters: Gold Coins are free-play currency and cannot be redeemed for prizes at any sweepstakes casino. Sweeps Coins are the redeemable side.
