What 10 Months of Sweepstakes Farming Actually Paid: 52 Real Cash-Outs

My real sweepstakes farming results over 10 months: 52 cash-outs from 23 casinos, what the promo packs cost, which casinos paid best, and what went wrong.

Stacks of casino chips beside a pair of aces on a green felt table

Everyone asks the same question about sweepstakes casinos: do people actually win anything? I can only answer for myself, so here are my receipts. For about ten months I logged every cash-out I made in a spreadsheet: which casino, when I asked for it, how I was paid, what it was worth after the promo I bought for it, and when the money arrived.

This is one experienced player's results, not a typical outcome and not a promise. I claim daily bonuses at more than 20 casinos every day, and I buy promo packs when the deal is good. Your results will be different, and they could be worse.

The Short Version

  • 52 cash-outs from 23 casinos in 10 months, usually $50 to $90 each.
  • About $1,800 of promo packs behind those cash-outs, and about $3,500 net from them after those purchases.
  • A median of 3 days from redemption request to money in my account.
  • Promos that busted aren't in my sheet.I tracked what made it to a cash-out, so the true net is lower by whatever I lost on promos that didn't pay off.

How I Track It

My sheet has one row per cash-out. When I redeem, I write down what I washed successfully, minus what I bought to get there, and that profit goes in the total. When the money hits my bank, I add the date. It takes a minute per cash-out and it is the most useful habit I have, because it shows which casinos are worth my time and money and which ones only feel like they are.

I publish the speed side of it, month, method and days, in my fastest payout sweepstakes casinos log. Amounts stay rounded, and dates and accounts stay private.

Month by Month: One Spike, Then a Steady Rhythm

My best month by far came early on, at about $1,000. That was the month I cashed out sign-up bonuses at a batch of new casinos at once. It looks great in a chart and it doesn't repeat, because every casino only gives you a sign-up bonus once.

After that, a normal month came in somewhere between about $150 and $500. That steady part comes from the daily rotation: claiming every daily bonus, playing the coins through, and redeeming whenever a casino crosses its minimum. If you take one thing from this article, make it this: sign-up bonuses are a one-time spike, and the daily bonuses are what lasts.

Where the Money Came From

Twenty-three casinos paid me, but five of them produced about half of my net. A few stood out for different reasons.

  • Crown Coins was my best value: about $450 net from 7 cash-outs on roughly $150 of promos, and every payout arrived within a few days.
  • RealPrize paid me the most, about $600 net, but it took about $850 of promos to get there, and its ACH payouts took three to five weeks. Its debit card payouts arrived within about a week and a half.
  • The PriorityPlay sites, Zula, Yay, Sportzino, Fortune Wins, American Luck and Luck Party, were the steadiest. Eleven cash-outs, small $10 to $16 promo buys when I bought at all, and every payout within a week.
  • LoneStar paid well overall but was the slowest and least predictable, from a few days to over four weeks.

Did Buying Promos Pay Off?

Sometimes, and it depended on the casino more than the promo. Small promo packs at casinos that pay fast and give strong dailies returned several times what I spent on them. The bigger buys, mostly at RealPrize, returned less for each dollar and tied my money up longer.

The cash-outs where I hadn't recorded a purchase averaged about as much, around $80 net against about $65 for the ones with a promo behind them. My sheet isn't precise enough to prove anything with that, but it fits what I believe: the free daily bonuses do a lot of the heavy lifting when you never miss them. Buying is optional, every purchase is a risk, and I only buy when I can afford to lose it.

What Went Wrong

  • Slow payouts.Five of my 48 timed cash-outs took more than two weeks: LoneStar, Jackpota, and RealPrize by ACH. Nothing went missing, but money stuck for a month is money you can't use.
  • Busted promos. Not every pack turns into a cash-out. I didn't track those, which is the gap in this whole article. I'm tracking them now.

What I'd Tell a New Player

  1. Never miss a daily bonus. It is the part that keeps paying, and it is exactly what Sweeps Farmer does for me every morning. Our daily bonus ranking shows where it's worth the most.
  2. Take each sign-up bonus once, and enjoy it. It is a one-time boost, not a monthly income.
  3. Spread out.Half my net came from five casinos, but I wouldn't have found those five without trying twenty.
  4. If you buy, buy small at fast payers. A $10 promo at a casino that pays in two days beats a $100 promo at one that pays in a month.
  5. Verify your identity before your first redemption. It is the most common reason a first payout stalls.
  6. Track everything, and set aside for taxes. Sweepstakes prizes are generally taxable income in the US.

Most of all, play because it's fun. I enjoy the games, the daily routine, and the little win of a payout landing. Treat anything you redeem as a bonus, never spend money you need, and if it stops being fun, stop.

Sweeps Farmer earns a referral reward when you join some casinos through our links. That never changes the numbers here, which come straight from my own spreadsheet. 18+ only. No purchase is necessary at any sweepstakes casino.
